Having found game time hard to come by at the Parc de Prince, Julian Draxler is reportedly said to be on his way out with Manchester United interested.
According to Bild, German international Draxler could leave Paris Saint-Germain in the summer transfer window.
United have been heavily linked with Jadon Sancho in a bid to improve their attacking third.
With Dortmund reportedly slashing a mouth-watering fee of £130million on the English man.
The COVID-19 crisis has seen teams become weakened economically so United wouldn’t be willing to match Dortmund’s price on the English lad.
Draxler is the most recent big-name linked to the Red Devils as their quest for a cheaper alternative to Jadon Sancho intensifies.
Unlike Sancho, Draxler could be available for a relatively low price.
Predominantly featuring as a left-winger, Draxler can also play as a No.10, a genuine centre-forward or on the right flank.
Currently plying his trade in a star-studded PSG side, the speedy and creative winger has been a breath of fresh air in the German and French League in previous seasons.
His blistering pace, dribbling ability and eye for goal have earned a lot of accolades.
Draxler, who is devastating when running at opposition defences is also excellent linking up with fellow attackers.
United are clearly building a squad that can grow together and Draxler seems a good fit for United as his age also fits the bill.
Draxler who has been limited to just seven Ligue 1 starts in the 19/20 season faces a difficult challenge in dropping further down the pecking order in the French side.
With his value pegged at €24million, Ole Gunnar Solskjear’s side wouldn’t be unwilling to spend such an amount which is a bargain in the current COVID-19 market.
